A minor upgrade has been posted. The change affects the logic when the program runs at Windows startup and allows for the computer's internet connection to initialize.

cmxSyncTime synchronizes your PC clock with the NIST internet time servers. You can perform this task within the program on demand or it can schedule periodic synchronization for you.

NIST maintains a set of servers on the Internet that allow computer programs to retrieve the time based on atomic oscillators in Boulder, CO.

cmxSyncTime is freeware and source code is also available for download if desired.
